Hello again from Ocean Winds!
We are progressing well on site despite the snow and cold weather. We have a number of machines on site now clearing all of the organic materials and topsoil and levelling & tiering the site. As they progress we will have a better sense of the timing for occupancy – we are pushing hard to make it as soon as possible.
We are now in a position to accept refundable deposits from those applying for a full-time space. We would ask those interested to review and complete the application form, and forward, along with a refundable $250 deposit, either by email to [email protected], or by mail to Ocean Winds RV Park, c/o Suite 402, 1001 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V6H 4B1.
We will leave the period to accept deposits open until May 15, 2019, at which time we will go through the list, in chronological order of their initial interest, to review the applications and select sites. Once a site has been selected and the application approved, the deposit will be non-refundable and your site will be secured. The initial phase will consist of units 101 – 337, we will not be accepting deposits on the 400 and 500 level units at this stage, anyone interested in those sites are asked to contact the office to discuss. Pricing for units in phase 1 will range from $600 per month for the 36’ deep units, to between $650 – 675 per month for the 46’ deep units. Water and Hydro will be individually metered and billed based on consumption.
We have posted draft rules and regulations for the park on our website – we would love any feedback you have to make them better as we are striving to have the park be absolutely first class.
We will also be reaching out soon to those that have expressed interest in employment with Ocean Winds.
