Greetings everyone, hopefully summer was enjoyable all around.
Great news, we are finally officially under construction on site! The environmental clearance was issued in early September and our crew are mobilizing quickly to take advantage of hopefully a long dry autumn. Our continued hope, weather permitting, is that we have the first phase of the development ready for occupancy late spring 2019.
We’ve been tweaking the plan and the design of the site, and believe we are creating a private, unique and special place for all. Among the tweaks, we have decided to include a swimming pool next to the main community building/ office near the entrance of the park.
As we have talked about and communicated to a number of you via our emails and direct conversations, we are trying to create a true community, a special place, and a true oasis. As we hope that this is to be your permanent home, we would love feedback from you, letting us know what you would like to see, and how you would like the park to operate. While we may not get everything perfect, we are hoping with your help to get as close to perfect as possible.
