April 2019 Update

Happy Spring everyone from the team at Ocean Winds!

We’ve attached some recent photo’s from the site (April 5) – lots of work to do yet, but no major surprises.  Hopefully we continue to have warm, dry weather and everything stays on schedule!

We have had a very good response to our request for applications and deposits for full time occupancy at Ocean Winds.  As mentioned in our March update, we will be accepting applications and deposits for the first phase, consisting of the 100, 200 and 300 level sites, up until May 15, 2019.  At that point, we will reach out to those that have completed the application to assign sites in chronological order of their initial interest.  Up until a satisfactory site is assigned and mutually agreed to, the $250 deposit will be 100% refundable.  The priority reservation agreement form is attached for reference here as well.
