We’ve been very busy on site and we will be able to start moving people in prior to October 1. We will be in contact with each of those with a reserved spot to schedule move in windows and are so looking forward to finally welcoming you all at Ocean Winds.
The construction crew is working hard on the final touches in the park – individual pads are
being laid and levelled, landscaping is underway, roads are scheduled to be paved shortly, the pool is being dug, the finishing touches are being completed in the clubhouse, and the mailboxes are being delivered. We don’t anticipate any meaningful delays.
While waiting for some of the third party approvals, the construction crew was able to allocate resources to the second phase – hopefully that will result in being able to complete that phase a bit quicker. The second phase is largely designed for Park Model homes – Ocean Winds is the exclusive dealer for Modulux Park Model homes on Vancouver Island and we would love to show you what we can provide.
Teresa, our park manager, has been in contact with all of those moving into phase one, and has provided our occupancy contracts. If anyone has any questions on those, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We do need confirmation of your insurance and pre-authorized payment forms prior to move in.
