Hello again from Ocean Winds, hope everyone is enjoying the lovely spring weather!
We have attached some recent pictures from the site, the first phase is definitely taking shape. We have the roads rough graded and in place and are working on all of the services. Hopefully the dry weather continues!
As mentioned in our earlier updates, we are asking those interested in a spot in phase one to complete a Priority Registration Agreement and provide a refundable deposit before May 15, 2019. After May 15, we will then contact those that have provided the deposit and form and assign units. The Agreement and site plan is attached hereto again for reference.
